Is applying kajal a sunnah practice?

Is applying kajal using a kajal pencil (on Fridays) still regarded as part of the Sunnah or does one have to apply it in its powder form?
Answer
Applying kajal is not a sunnah practice, neither on the day of jumuah or at any other time.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
