Islamic ruling on 'eft confirms your order' after a sale
Question
I would like to know if the the rule in business 'eft confirms your order' is permissible?
Answer
The law of shariah is that once the offer and acceptance takes place verbally, the transaction is concluded, even if one has not yet made payment.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
