Being forced to live with one's husband after three talaaqs
Question
My in laws and my family are forcing me to go with my husband after three talaqs? What will I do?
Answer
Don't ever obey them in this matter! If you obey them, then you and your ex husband will be sinful for perpetually living in zina and your family will also be sinful for them supporting this sin. Inform them that after three talaaqs are issued by the husband, the husband and wife are haraam for each other.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
