Taking back land gifted to a masjid
Question
Can land gifted to a mosque be taken back if the mosque commitee members are not abiding by the promise made and infighting is happening among them?
Answer
If it was given to the musjid then it cannot be taken back.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
