Wearing a topi when making tawaaf with ihraam towels on
Question
Nowadays even the guards in the Haram Shareef are telling the people to wear towels if they want to access the mataaf, even though they aren't in the state of ihraam.
My question is, in this situation, will one wear the topi or not?
Answer
If one is able to wear the topi, it will be better. However, if they stop one from wearing the topi, then one can make tawaaf without the topi.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
