Selling an item to an intoxicated person
Question
I get many customers who are either semi-drunk or completely intoxicated. Will it be permissible to sell to them?
Answer
At the time of the transaction, if they are in their senses and know what they are purchasing, then the sale will be valid. If they are not in their senses (e.g. completely intoxicated), then do not sell anything to them.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
