Entering into Ihraam in the state of haidh
Question
What should a female do if her period commences during the hajj or while she is on the way for hajj?
Answer
She should enter into ihraam in the state of haidh. However, it is impermissible for her to enter the musjid in the state of haidh. After the haidh terminates, she can enter the musjid and perform her umrah in the case where she is performing Tamattu Hajj.
If she is performing Qiraan Hajj, then she can enter the musjid and perform her umrah and thereafter the Tawaaf-e-Qudoom.
If she is performing Ifraad Hajj, then she can enter the musjid and perform her Tawaaf-e-Qudoom.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

( وحيضها لا يمنع ) نسكا ( إلا الطواف ) ولا شيء عليها بتأخيره إذا لم تطهر إلا بعد أيام النحر فلو طهرت فيها بقدر أكثر الطواف لزمها الدم بتأخيره لباب ( وهو بعد حصول ركنيه يسقط طواف الصدر ) ومثله النفاس
قال الشامي : قوله ( لا يمنع نسكا ) أي شيئا من أعمال الحج قوله ( إلا الطواف ) فهو حرام من وجهين دخولها المسجد وترك واجب الطهارة تنبيه قدمنا عن المحيط أن تقديم الطواف شرط صحة السعي فعن هذا قال القهستاني فلو حاضت قبل الإحرام اغتسلت وأحرمت وشهدت جميع المناسك إلا الطوف والسعي اه أي لأن سعيها بدون طواف غير صحيح فافهم (رد المحتار 2/528)
