Doubts about urine drops
Question
Fajr time I came out of washrum offered namaz then when I opened the book to recite surah yasin I felt some warm drops in my private parts. I thought that it was a waswasa and continued but after reciting I checked. There was very little moisture on my thighs and there were drops in my private parts which can be the result of water I used during istinja. I don't understand whether I was in wudhu or not?
Answer
If you feel that it was the water used at the time of istinjaa and you had made wudhu thereafter then regard yourself to have been in the state of wudhu.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

اليقين لا يزول بالشك (الأشباه والنظائر 1/183)
ولو شك في نجاسة ماء أو ثوب أو طلاق أو عتق لم يعتبر وتمامه في الأشباه
قال العلامة ابن عابدين - رحمه الله -: (قوله: ولو شك الخ) في التاترخانية من شك في إنائه أو ثوبه أو بدنه أصابته نجاسة أو لا فهو طاهر ما لم يستيقن (رد المحتار 1/151)
ومن أيقن بالطهارة وشك في الحدث فهو على الطهارة ومن أيقن بالحدث وشك في الطهارة فهو على الحدث لأن اليقين لا يبطل بالشك (بدائع الصنائع 1/33)
ولو أيقن بالطهارة وشك بالحدث أو بالعكس أخذ باليقين ولو تيقنهما وشك في السابق فهو متطهر (الدر المختار 1/150)
قال أبو جعفر: ومن أيقن بالطهارة فلا يزول عنها بشك في حدث ومن أيقن بحدث فلا يزول عنه بشك في طهارة وذلك لما روى سهيل بن أبي صالح عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: إذ كان أحدكم في الصلاة فوجد حركة في دبر أحدث أو لم يحدث فأشكل عليه فلا ينصرف حتى يسمع صوتا أو يجد ريحا (شرح مختصر الطحاوي للجصاص 1/403)
