Reconciling after one talaaq
Question
I would like to know if you have given one talaaq and the iddat period has passed, can the man and woman still reconcile and if so what must they do?
Answer
If both wish to reconcile they should re-enter into a nikaah contract.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
