Wudhu guide — fardh, sunnah and mustahab acts
The steps follow Darul Ifta Azaadville’s answer listing the fardh, sunnah and mustahab acts of wudhu, and Mufti Online’s answer on the fardh acts.
Based on the fatawa linked below. Please read the sources and double-check with a Darul Ifta for your situation.
Consult a mufti for your situation. Fatawa SA is a read-only archive and issues no rulings of its own.

Wash both feet including the ankles, with khilaal of the toes (Sunnah).

Washing each limb three times, keeping the order, and washing each part before the previous one dries are Sunnah.

If any of the four fardh acts is left out or done incompletely, the wudhu is not valid; leaving out a Sunnah loses the reward but the wudhu is valid. Sources: Azaadville
