Is talaaq given in anger valid?

“In principle, a talaaq (divorce) issued in the state of anger is valid. Furthermore, your statements are contradictory. You state “he was having a heated argument”, then you further state he texted his wife “i divorce u” – texting very quickly. On the other hand you state he didn’t remember texting it.”

“Once the words of talaaq are pronounced, the talaaq it is valid regardless of whether it was issued in the state of anger or not. Hence, since you had issued three talaaqs in total (the first talaaq during the first argument and the remaining two talaaqs during the second argument), the nikaah has terminated.”
