Question
Meri ek dost ne apne cousin se chupke nikah kya tha. Us me gawah bhi mojood the. Lekin wali mojood nahi the. Ab us ke waliden uski shadi kahi aur kr rahe he. To kya ye shadi jaiz hogi?
Answer
Agar larki owr larke ne ijaab owr qubool ke alfaaz bowle do musalmaan baaligh gawaaho ke mawjoodgi me, to nikaah munaqid hogaya.
