Husband forcefully having sexual relations with his wife while fasting
Question
During Ramazaan while fasting, my husband raped me. When I refused to have relations with him, he violently raped me. Is kaffaarah necessary upon me as well?
Answer
No. You will only have to keep qadha.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
