Sexual relations while fasting
Question
If a couple has Jima (inercourse) in Ramadhaan, the husband is a hanafi and the wife's a shafi. Does the husband only pay the kaffarah?
Answer
Apart from the qazaa, both will have to fast two months consecutively as kaffarah for breaking the fast of Ramadaan intentionally.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
