Nikaah beghair gawaaho
Question
Agar kisi talaaq yafta larki se nikaah ker lia jaey (ijab-o-qabool) k sath awr gawah ka bandobast bad main kerney ki niat ker li jaey tu is main koi gunjaesh hey. Gunaa se b bachna hey awr kisi terh se nikaah b kerna hey.
Answer
Iejaab wa qabool to gawaaho ki moujoodgi me hona chaahiye.
