Shohar ka kehna "tum meri taraf se faarigh ho"
Question
Jhagra huwa aur us k baad shohar ne mujhe kaha ke aaj se tum meri taraf se faarigh ho... Is se talaq waaqi hui ya nahin? Agar haa to ruju ka tareeqa kia hai?
Answer
Agar aap ke yaha faarigh ka lafz talaaq ke liye bola jaata he to is lafz se eik talaaq rajee waaqi howi. Rujoo ka tareeqa ye he ke aap ke shohar iddat ke andar aap ko kahe ke me ne tum ko apni nikaah me waapis le liya. Agar iddat ke andar wo rujoo na kare aur iddat ghuzar jaye, to aap us ke nikaah se nikal jaayegi.
