Khalwat-e-saheehah ke beghayr talaaq aur mahr
Question
Agar husband wife main divorce ho jaye magar husband wife main koi physical relation na bana ho aur divorce ho jaye aur husband wife ko meher ki raqam na adaa ker paye kisi wajha se to iss soorat main kya kerna hoga? Kya divorce ho jayegi ?
Answer
Agar khalwat-e-saheehah ke ba-ghayr khaawind ne talaaq dee to eik talaaq-e-baain hogayi. Aur agar mahr ko muta`ayyan kya ho to aurat nisf mahr ka mustahiq he.
