If a person leaves home with the intention of performing hajj or umrah, but when the time comes for him to enter into ihraam, he is unconscious, then how will such a person enter ihraam?

The person with whom he is traveling should make the intention of entering into ihraam on his behalf.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
