Passing the meeqaat without ihraam
Question
What is the Shar’ee ruling in the case where a person passed the meeqaat without tying the ihraam?
Answer
One damm becomes waajib upon him. However, if he returns to the meeqaat and ties the ihraam and then comes for hajj or umrah, the damm will fall off.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
