Question

Is it Sunnah to sit and read the last two nafl rakaats of esha?

Answer

Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to perform these two rakaats sitting, though the fuqaha have stated that the law is that standing and performing is more rewarding than sitting.
