Making jamaat with one's wife
Question
Can I perform Salaah with my wife if I miss jamaat? Will we get the sawab of jamaat.
Answer
One will be sinful for omitting Salaah in the Musjid without a valid reason. Therefore though one will receive the reward of Jamaat by performing Jamaat with one's family, however one will be sinful for leaving out performing Salaah in the Musjid and the sin of abandoning the jamaat in the Musjid is greater.
