Kiya "chalo" talaaq ke liye kinaya lafz he?
Question
Agar biwi kahe ke mobile rakh ke beti ko daikh lo to shohar kahe ke acha chalo (gusse me) to is sy nikaah pe koi asar parta he? Me ne suna he ke chalo bhi kinaya word he? Kia biwi ko chalo, jao ya niklo gusse me kaha ja sakta he beghair niyyat ke?
Answer
Us se kuch nahi hota.
