Darul Iftaa, Darul Uloom Miftahul Falaah

The Darul Iftaa of Darul Uloom Miftahul Falaah, an Islamic institute on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast founded in 1997 by Hadhrat Mufti Yacoob Vally. It began as a small Hifdh class and now runs Qur'aan memorisation, the Aalim Faadhil course, Qira'at Saba'a and advanced specialisation in Iftaa for local and international students. Questions from the wider Muslim community are answered by the institute's Muftis and published on its website; most answers are written by a Mufti or Moulana and checked and approved by Mufti Yacoob Vally.
