Trained in fiqh and fatwa-writing under Mufti Faizanul Mustafa Qaadiri Amjadi (descendant of Sadrush Shariah) and studied Hadith under Muhaddith-e-Kabeer Allama Zia ul Mustafa Qaadiri Amjadi; spiritually affiliated with Taj al-Shari'ah Mufti Akhtar Raza Khan Azhari. Has written fatawa for Sunni bodies incl. the Shar'ee Board of Nepal; also a poet, writer and orator.
